We have a minimum order quantity for all co-packers, this is four batches per flavor. In general, this means approximately 800lbs of fruit for each product. This helps us keep our minimum sales needs. Below are some general numbers to help you estimate the number of batches you will need. Please note that these are estimates and the material quantities and batch yields will very based on your specific product.

• 4oz Jams, using 400lbs of fruit, yields ~2000 jars/batch
• 6oz Jams, using 250-300lbs of fruit, yields 1300 jars/batch
• 9oz jams, using 200-250lbs of fruit, yields 750 jars/batch
• 10oz beverages, using 30-50lbs of juice concentrate, yields 1000/batch
• 12oz jams, using 200-300lbs of fruit, yields 800 jars/batch
• 12oz syrups, using 200-300lbs of puree, yields 750 jars/batch
• 12oz pasta sauce, using 800lbs of ingredients, yields 880 jars/batch
• 16oz beverages, using 60-80lbs of juice concentrate, yields 650/batch
• 24oz pasta sauce, using 850lbs of materials, yields 500jars/batch
• 32oz jams using, 700lbs of materials, yields 200jars/batch

We can provide some or all materials if you need including jars, lids, and raw ingredients. Labeling is available, but you must design and provide labels for your production. We will work with you to get the ingredients you need for each of your products.
